- At Dana Seng Jewelry, all of our pieces are custom-made. Each order is automatically forwarded to our production team to be handmade upon receipt. For that reason, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been placed.

- Once the package is marked as (DELIVERED) by the shipping courier, it is no longer under Dana Seng brand's responsibility.
